			<p>This training is designed for professionals working as social workers, Allied Health professionals, primary and secondary teachers, special educators, learning support staff and other professionals working in the Education or Health industry who are interested in using the Vineland 3, and other User Level B assessments, in their practice.</p>

			<h3>Course Structure</h3>

			<p>The training is comprised of three units. We suggest you allow 8-15 hours to complete on-demand units. This time will vary based on the User Level B assessment category and the number of on-demand units.</p>

			<h5>Unit 1 &ndash; Introduction to Statistical Concepts (delivered on-demand)</h5>

			<p>Unit 1 will focus on introducing statistical concepts and principles that underpin all of our User Level B assessments.<br />
			<br />
			This on-demand, self-paced unit must be completed prior to attending Unit 3 - Practical application of the Vineland 3.<br />
			<br />
			While Unit 1 is compulsory for any professional at User Level A wishing to upskill to User Level B, those who are already at User Level B will find this unit an excellent &lsquo;refresher&rsquo; course for understanding statistics and scores.</p>

			<h5>Unit 2 &ndash; Understanding User Level B Assessments (delivered on-demand)</h5>

			<p>Unit 2 will focus on improving your understanding of the User Level B assessment portfolio and your capacity to use User Level B assessments in context. The unit will specifically discuss:</p>

				<li>Developing an assessment hypothesis based on a referral</li>
				<li>User Level B assessment categories</li>
				<li>User Level B direct assessment administration principles</li>
				<li>Reporting considerations</li>

			<h5>Unit 3 &ndash; Practical application of the Vineland-3 (delivered live, online)</h5>

			<p>Unit 3 is hosted live online via Zoom and may include post-workshop quizzes. We will focus on contextualising the administration and interpretation of adaptive behaviour assessments, focussing specifically on the Vineland-3.<br />
			<br />
			Participants will also have access to our on-demand Vineland-3: Administration and Interpretation modules for further practice before the commencement or after the completion of the course.</p>
