Our psychometrically sound Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) provide the accurate, valid, and reliable results our customers have come to depend on, and each test's norms are derived over several years and represent thousands of examinees in populations of varying demographics.
As the developer and publisher of many PRO, ClinRO, ObsRO, and PROMs measures, we are particularly noted for our proven and trusted assessment contributions in cognitive ability, memory, neuropsychology, behavior, personality/psychopathology, achievement, and speech/language.
Our overall focus is to support sponsors in assessing the efficacy and safety of therapeutic treatments and to provide the highest level of customer service in scale licensing, translation, and rater training.
Meet the team
J. Lynsey Psimas, PhD
Director of Pharma Sales
Dr. Psimas is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the assessment of children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in private practice, therapeutic schools, and as a professor. She specializes in neuropsychological assessment, autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

Paul Williams, PsyD
Senior Account Manager
Dr. Williams has extensive experience providing a variety of mental health services including neuropsychological assessment and psychotherapy with a specialization in adolescents. He came to Pearson in 2002 as a Senior Research Director, leading several teams in the development of a variety of assessments including the Bayley™, WISC®, and WAIS®. Dr. Williams now works as a Senior Pharma Account Manager.

Jarett Lehner
Account Manager
Prior to joining Pearson, Jarett worked as a Psychometrist at an outpatient mental health clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he administered psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Jarett joined Pearson’s Training and Implementation team and served as a national trainer for the Q global® and Q interactive® platforms before moving to the Healthcare and then Pharma Sales teams.

Katrina Bengtson
Account Manager
Katrina joins the Pearson Pharma team with a background as both a psychometrist and clinical trial management. Prior to joining Pearson, Katrina worked in pharmaceutical clinical operations specializing in study start-up at a Clinical Research Organization (CRO). Katrina gained familiarity with Pearson Assessments from her time as a Psychometrist conducting neurocognitive evaluations at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Colorado.
